Free radicals, produced during normal cellular processes and by external factors, can damage cells and contribute to various health problems.

Antioxidants in fruits and vegetables neutralize free radicals.

They produce a wide range of products, including food and beverage, agriculture, industrial, financial services, beauty, pharmaceutical, and supplements.

Lecithins, a common food ingredient, play a role in emulsification, texture improvement, stabilization, and shelf life extension.
