Free radicals, produced during normal cellular processes and by external factors, can damage cells and contribute to various health problems.

Antioxidants in fruits and vegetables neutralize free radicals.

Cargill, a multinational corporation, operates in food, agriculture, financial services, and industrial sectors, with a focus on sustainability and innovation. They produce a wide range of products, including food and beverage, agriculture, industrial, financial services, beauty, pharmaceutical, and supplements.

Lecithins, a common food ingredient, play a role in emulsification, texture improvement, stabilization, and shelf life extension. They are sourced from plants like soybeans, sunflower, and canola seeds. Texture plays a crucial role in consumer appeal and satisfaction, impacting their overall eating and drinking experience.

Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system gets a bit too trigger-happy, attacking healthy cells and causing all sorts of chaos, and I know because I’ve been dealing with A LOT.

Cytokines, the immune system’s messengers, can make things worse by promoting inflammation, kinda like demons in our skin.

Free radicals, those troublemakers, also contribute to the mayhem by causing damage to cells, proteins, and DNA.

But fear not, antioxidants found in fruits and veggies are here to save the day, we we can play in the sun, salt and sweet sounds of The Holy Spirit and the GOOD GOOD VIBRATIONS of JESUS LOVE!

The whole thing culminates in a mysterious and poetic pondering about food, healing, and the divine, but it does make LIFE SHINE!!!

While the information covers diverse topics, it is important to note the significance of maintaining a healthy immune system, the impact of environmental factors on health, and the pursuit of truth and integrity because who wants to live in a dark demon world?
